Staff members were very attentive and hospitable, which made the experience enjoyable.

Overall it was a really lovely stay for one night. Had central location down to the beach. Moreover, it's next to botanic gardens, cafe, and Ventnor. I loved the breakfast time in the dining room.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, it's own balcony, a storage, and coffee in the room. Outstanding view of the sea. Pleasant staff and attention to detail. Marvellous location for visiting cafés and pubs a short walk to the hotel. Excellent restaurant not too far away from the property...

Parking was an issue, however the reception staff always tried to be helpful and tried to find a squeeze in space for us' Having said that the car park with space was only a short walk away...... However you needed to buy a parking ticket by 8am!!!! A one hour wait for dinner in the resturant, which wasn't busy!

The units at the Wellington are immaculately clean and come with a balcony. the staff is really good. the location is marvelous and stunning, situated in a nice area close to Ventnor town center and the sea. It's an easy walk to Longshoreman's Museum.

The location was amazing, near to the park, Botanic Garden, restaurant, beach, shops. the daily service was excellent. I have stayed here before and would definitely stop here again.

The hotel was very quiet and the view was beautiful. It was definitely worth choosing to have a balcony The staff were very efficient and friendly.

The mattress needs changing as it was hard and the springs could be felt. The pillows were rather too flat and solid. Other than this everything was good.

Stunningly beautiful place with lovely views of the sea. Very central location next to town centre, Ventnor-right in the middle of town and the local bakery for a fresh loaf. - Perfectly clean rooms. - Very convenient to Ventnor Park and Putting Green.

A very cofprtable stay

The vegetarian breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view and served in the dining room. This hotel is set in a very central area, just next door to the island, the beach, and local pubs and restaurants.

Great service provided with complimentary on-site parking.

The location and sea veiw were fantastic, it was amazing and relaxing sitting on the veranda. All the staff were very helpful. Irrespective of my dislikes I would recommend this hotel

Poor parking, Evening meal took a long time to be served, the starter was very good, the main course was poor. I did not realise that the price exclded vat which was added to the advertised total cost. Plugs not working.

Had to ask reception for free wifi, but rooms are a long way away from reception to go ask! Why don't they give you the access key when you check in?? Lots of stairs. Shower over bath is just from bath taps.
